EUROPEAN ISI · ANALYST CERTIFICATION

Symbolic Analyst Certification

The analyst pathway is built on structured learning, applied analysis and personal integration. It recognises not only what a learner has studied, but how responsibly that learning can be used.

Rooted in Symbolic Personality Integration™ (SPI), the pathway brings symbolic systems, personality structure and applied interpretation into one coherent framework. The current SPIA course is available in Chinese only.

What the analyst title means

After completing the full training and certification process, a candidate may apply for the professional recognition EISI Certified SPI Analyst™ (SPIA™). The title identifies training in symbolic personality analysis, structural interpretation and applied cultural intelligence; it is not a predictive-astrology title.

An SPI analyst is trained to use symbolic systems, including the astrological chart, to study deep personality structures, support growth and transformation, and interpret symbolic patterns in individual or collective experience.

Three levels of certification

The certification pathway corresponds to three stages of symbolic competence and applied practice.

  • Level 1 · Foundational Certificate — introductory studies in symbolic systems, chart reading and personality structure.
  • Level 2 · Intermediate Certificate — case analysis, method application, pattern decoding and symbolic-language integration.
  • Level 3 · Advanced Certificate — synthesis, structural transformation work, client work and readiness for Analyst Certification.
What the certificates represent

Our certificates represent meaningful engagement and applied learning, structured development in symbolic methodology, ethical practice and personal integration, and contribution to the wider symbolic field.

They support professional development, research or creative projects, and a learner’s longer personal journey toward structural insight. Any public recognition, use of the EISI seal or public listing follows the confirmed certification rules.

SPI Deep Personality Analyst training

This page explains the SPIA admissions route and enrolment details. Dates and current intake availability are confirmed by the European ISI team through Contact.

The programme is hosted by the European Institute of Symbolic Intelligence ry and delivered with Sino Finland Education Oy. The current SPIA course and study materials are available in Chinese only.

01 · Programme notice

SPI is an international training and certification pathway based on the stated theory of structural personality integration. It is designed to take a learner from foundation study toward intermediate and advanced analyst practice.

The programme is taught through recorded lessons, live support, case study, assignments and mentoring. Learners can study at their own pace, request an appropriate assessment time and continue with a later cohort when additional study is needed. Class size is kept small so that the mentoring relationship remains workable.

02 · Who teaches and supports the programme

Janel Fan teaches the programme. The learning path is built around her long-term research, writing, case work and method development.

The international site uses the name Janel Fan consistently. Current intake dates, enrolment documents and any secure document-submission instructions are provided by the admissions team through Contact.

03 · Two study routes
  • SPI Core Programme: Foundation plus Intermediate study for learners who want a structured entry into SPI, basic personality analysis, relationship-problem breakdown, consultation expression and basic stage analysis. After study and assessment, the learner may apply for the SPIA intermediate credential within the stated certification pathway.
  • SPI Complete Pathway: Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced and continuing professional study for learners who want deeper work in complex relationships, life-stage analysis, birth-time rectification, career and wealth, life direction and long-term development. After study and assessment, the learner may apply for the SPIA advanced credential within the stated certification pathway.
04 · Course positioning

This is not an ordinary sign course. It is professional training in understanding people. The programme combines the SPI deep-personality model, symbolic chart language, personality structure, psychological mechanisms, behaviour patterns and real case practice.

The training is not intended to make learners memorise labels or remain at the level of vague personality description. It trains the learner to understand why a person thinks, chooses, defends, enters relationships and repeats similar problems in particular stages of life.

The stated outcomes cover personality recognition, problem breakdown, relationship analysis, career-path judgement, consultation expression and delivery of practical recommendations. The programme is intended for people who want a long-term path in personality analysis, consultation, content work, personal-development education or related professional fields.

05 · Three-stage curriculum overview
  • Foundation: establish SPI’s basic analytical logic, core personality framework, expression standards and consultation ethics. Learners study how SPI observes a person, a structure, a personality axis and a core block.
  • Intermediate: deepen the internal mechanisms of personality, learn problem breakdown, basic stage analysis and case application.
  • Advanced: build precision through complex case integration and apply the method to complex relationships, synastry, marriage, career, wealth, life direction, high-risk relationships, health rhythm, space, colour and talent development.
  • The training uses symbolic systems as an entry to personality structure, while also drawing on behaviour, psychology, sociology, nervous-system responses, interpersonal mechanisms and real cases.
06 · Foundation stage: main study topics
  • Understand the SPI method and its difference from ordinary sign interpretation, psychological tests and experience-based consultation.
  • Build basic SPI analysis logic and move from a single configuration toward a whole personality structure.
  • Study SPI’s three main personality axes: will, emotion and evolution.
  • Understand a person’s drive, emotional pattern, defensive habits and growth direction.
  • Connect basic symbolic structures with personality-level observation.
  • Study the role of core chart configurations in personality analysis.
  • Recognise inner logic through language, behaviour and relationship reactions.
  • Identify common blocks such as unclear motivation, thick defence, blocked emotion and weak self-agency.
  • Build expression standards that avoid exaggeration, fatalism and fear-based language.
  • Build basic consultation ethics: no labelling, manipulation, dependency creation or boundary-crossing in high-risk matters.
07 · Foundation stage: expected ability after study
  • Enter SPI analytical thinking and understand that SPI is not simply describing signs.
  • Read a person’s basic personality framework, emotional responses, behaviour habits and relationship tendencies.
  • Give a reasonably clear personality conclusion rather than a vague impression or label.
  • Prepare for intermediate work on personality mechanisms, problem breakdown and cases.
08 · Intermediate stage: main study topics
  • Study the internal mechanisms of motivation, emotion and defence.
  • Learn to identify unclear motivation, blocked emotion, excessive defence and weak self-agency.
  • Translate problem language into structural language.
  • Break down the structures behind relationship, family, career and emotional problems.
  • Learn basic SPI stage analysis: stage themes, sources of pressure, relationship triggers and development direction.
  • Build a complete route from information collection to structural judgement through case analysis.
  • Practise the consultation sequence: listen, analyse, distil, give feedback, integrate and recommend.
  • Develop communication skill through real-case study, assignment feedback and review.
09 · Intermediate stage: expected ability after study
  • Understand motivation, emotion, defence and relationship patterns more deeply.
  • Break a client’s surface problem into a personality-structure question instead of offering only comfort or generic advice.
  • Conduct basic analysis around relationship, family, career and emotional questions.
  • Recognise the client’s current stage, pressure and development direction through basic SPI stage analysis.
  • Complete a basic consultation response that helps a client see the structure of a problem and a possible adjustment path.
  • After the intermediate assessment, apply for the SPIA intermediate credential within the stated pathway and enter basic case practice and review.
10 · Advanced stage: main study topics
  • Study the SPI birth-time rectification method, including questionnaire use, cross-checking through personality and behaviour, and difficult or borderline cases.
  • Study deep stage analysis, life cycles, pressure themes and opportunity windows.
  • Distinguish long-term personality structure from stage-triggered problems.
  • Integrate complex personality structures with multiple contradictions and defences.
  • Work with complex relationships and SPI synastry for partners, marriage, family, teams and cooperation.
  • Study marriage structure, long-term relationship capacity, trust risk, separation and reunion, infidelity and betrayal.
  • Recognise emotional coercion, hidden control, domestic-violence risk, boundaries and referral paths.
  • Analyse career planning, professional personality, career transition, wealth structure, income patterns and resource capacity.
  • Analyse life direction, path fatigue, path interruption, path reorganisation and long-term development.
  • Study talent, children’s development, strengths and ability positioning.
  • Apply practical support topics such as colour, home space and health rhythm.
  • Write advanced consultation reports, break down complex cases, design focused plans and deliver professional recommendations.
11 · Advanced stage: expected ability after study
  • Use the precision tools described in the advanced curriculum, including birth-time rectification, deep stage analysis and period judgement.
  • Conduct complex personality and life-stage analysis on a more accurately checked chart foundation.
  • Work with complex relationships, marriage synastry, career and wealth, life direction, high-risk relationships and talent development.
  • Turn analysis into a professional report, a focused plan and practical advice that a client can understand and use.
  • After the advanced assessment, apply for the SPIA advanced credential within the stated pathway and enter the continuing advanced-study channel.
12 · Teaching format and learning support
  • Live teaching plus recorded replay.
  • Case study, assignment marking and written feedback.
  • Long-term questions and mentoring during the course.
  • A flexible pace: learners can pause, review and continue with a later cohort when they need more time.
  • Small-group support designed to preserve interaction and individual guidance.
13 · Assessment format

Assessment is conducted online and is open-book. Learners may consult course notes, reference tools, personal notes and permitted materials, then book a suitable assessment time and submit their work.

The assessment focuses on real situations: whether the learner can select and combine tools, explain the reasoning clearly and produce a conclusion that can be applied. It does not reward rote memorisation.

Substitute candidates and plagiarism are not permitted. When material is quoted or used, the source should be identified. Current assessment arrangements are confirmed by the admissions team.

14 · Intermediate credential and member pathway

A learner who completes the intermediate stage and passes the assessment may receive the SPIA intermediate consultation credential within the stated system and may begin basic consultation work within the applicable rules.

The pathway includes association membership, updates to internal materials and case resources, priority access to retraining and new courses, public number and identity lookup, shared media resources, official referral support and participation in journal discussion or publication. The exact rights and public-use rules are governed by the confirmed certification terms.

15 · Advanced credential and member pathway

A learner who completes the advanced stage and passes the assessment may receive the SPIA advanced consultation credential and may work with complex relationships and integrated cases within the applicable rules.

The pathway includes opportunities such as cooperation on advanced consultation projects, participation in selected teaching or guidance, an association advisory appointment and eligibility for European study invitations. These opportunities remain subject to confirmed programme and association arrangements.

16 · Additional learning and practice support
  • Live-stream hosting and online conversation: opening a consultation, guiding emotional language toward structural language, identifying the central conflict and building trust.
  • SPI card practice and short-video outreach: combining SPI personality structure with a participatory card method for light interactive content and audience education.
  • Advanced-study updates: new advanced topics, continuing-study material, case review and selected free courses are opened to advanced learners first, subject to the stated boundaries.
  • Analyst work-platform support: report organisation, structural analysis, case-material search, content archiving, study-material retrieval and consultation review. A time-limited platform benefit may be available to intermediate and advanced learners; current terms are confirmed by admissions.
